Drinks
Draft Beer — The 20-Tap Wall
Pour your own, upstairs: grab a bracelet at the bar, hold it to any tap, and pour as much or as little as you want — an ounce to taste, a full pint to stay. You pay by the ounce, so flights build themselves. Nebraska breweries anchor the wall; the rest rotates.
The current lineup is on the board upstairs and changes weekly.
Cocktails
Bourbon, demerara, black walnut bitters, orange.
Rye, sweet vermouth, cherrywood smoke, Luxardo cherry.
Vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur.
Tequila, lime, honey-chili syrup, salted rim.
Wine
Cabernet, pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, and a rotating feature.
Ask for the list — built to sit beside a steak.
Mocktails & Espresso
Zero-proof, full build.
Toasted marshmallow cream, chocolate drizzle.
