The herd goes further than the dining room.
We raise more beef than one restaurant can serve. The rest is cut, boxed, and sold direct — the same cattle, the same ground, without the table service.
Gift cards and merchandise live in the same store.
Nebraska beef
Cuts from the same owner-raised Angus herd the dining room is built on, boxed for your freezer. Steaks, roasts, and ground — the surplus from cattle raised a few miles from the restaurant.
